• Newer Intelligent Assistants (in plastic jewel cases) have a folded color insert at the front. The serial number sticker will be attached to the insert - possibly stuck inside.
  
  
• Older versions of the DV Companion in a "digipack" (all-in-one) case have the serial number sticker attached to the case under the CD-ROM itself (so that you see the serial number when the disk is taken out of the case).
