Guaranteed Answers |
Guaranteed Answers is an exclusive benefit for owners of Intelligent Assistants. It is our way of making sure that our products meet your needs, and of improving them in the future. We want our products to meet our customers needs and to provide the answers you need to get your work done. If your question is not immediately answered by the Intelligent Assistant for the application we will add it to your Intelligent Assistant, on your computer, within 48 hours. If the answer is in the Intelligent Assistant but cannot be found with your search criteria, we will immediately respond with how to find the answer, and update our next release to make sure your search question will work. If the answer is not there we will create it and send an installer to add it to your Intelligent Assistant. The new content will be available to everyone at the next update. Guaranteed Answers will provide an answer at Strategy, Technique or Task level, however we cannot add movies to the Task under Guaranteed Answers. There are links from the "not found" search pages in more recent Intelligent Assistants, of from the bottom of the Table of Contents in older products. You will need an Internet connection to use the direct links, or fill out the form on this site. Guaranteed Answers does not cover Troubleshooting questions. Troubleshooting is a time consuming and expensive process and is not covered in this Guarantee. Remember, Troubleshooting is mostly a process of logical elimination. Most Intelligent Assistants include some Troubleshooting assistance. In most there is a logical process to follow. We are also actively working on new technology that will assist with Troubleshooting. This should be announced toward the end of summer 2002. Guaranteed Answers is available for registered owners only. We rely on registrations to verify ownership and submissions from non-registered owners will not receive a response.
